Built around a 1000 pocket spring unit, it features a layer of memory foam on the winter side for warmth and pressure relief, and ultra-cool fabrics on the summer side to help regulate temperature during warmer months.

    Please note the price includes delivery to your room of choice.  We do not remove the old mattress/bed, this is your responsibility. Delivery dates are estimated as they are delivered direct from the manufacturer.  Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery, however this is only a guide and one of the team will be in touch with you to arrange delivery as soon as possible.

    We can deliver to any UK address (sorry, but we can’t deliver outside the UK at the moment). We use different carriers to make deliveries depending on what you’ve ordered, and the service selected.

      If you have any questions about your delivery, contact us through our contact page
      Orders may be sent from store or from our fulfilment centre. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched.

      If we need to contact you about a delivery, we will use the information you supplied at checkout. Your contact details may be passed to the carrier to help them deliver your order as effectively as possible, but your details will not be used by the carrier for any other purpose.

      Returns & Refunds

      We hope that you are truly satisfied with your purchase, however, if you want to return something, please follow the guidance below.

      RETURNS:

      Please get in touch with us at admin@joco.gifts with your order reference number and reason for return, and we will advise you from there. You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days, and the item must be received by us within the following 14 days. If the item returned does not make it back to us in time, we will require proof of postage for a full refund to be made. Please note we cannot accept returns on anything made specifically for you, some items of apparel or perishable items.

      The item must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. It must also be returned with the receipt or delivery note enclosed within your package. You will need to return the item at your own cost unless specifically agreed by us.

      We will refund the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase.

      Please note we cannot accept returns online for items bought in-store.

      We may at our discretion extend the returns period, for example, around Christmas.

      DAMAGES:

      If the item has been damaged on its way to you, please get in touch with us first with details of the damaged product , including the order number and, ideally a photograph. Please send the information to admin@joco.gifts, and we’ll contact you to make arrangements.

      LOST DELIVERIES:

      In the unlikely event that your goods do not arrive (because they are lost in the post), please contact us at

      admin@joco.gifts, and we will investigate. We’ll need the order number too.

      CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:

      If you need to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible at admin@joco.gifts

      before the order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, we can’t make any changes. Please provide the order number in any contact with us.

      CANCELLATION:

      You have the right to cancel online orders within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you collect the order or have it delivered to you.

      Cancellation requests must be sent to us at admin@joco.gifts. Please provide the order number.

      If you cancel the order, we will reimburse you using the same payment method you used when placing the order. We aim to reimburse

      • Within 14 days of when we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
      •  Within 14 days from when you provide evidence you have returned the goods or
      •  If no goods were supplied within 14 days of when we were informed by you to cancel the order

      We will reimburse payment for any goods and services, including delivery costs, but we may make deductions for:

      • Loss in value of any goods if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you
      •  The difference, if any, between the least cost shipping service and the shipping service you chose

      We will not reimburse your costs of returning goods to us.
